Details:
GirlForward is looking for an Education Program Manager to join our team full-time in Chicago. This position is focused on managing the day-to-day operations of the year-round educational programming at GirlForward, including virtual tutoring nationally, in-person tutoring in Chicago, school-based group work, and Camp GirlForward in the summer.
They are responsible for recruitment, screening, training, monitoring, and supporting volunteer tutors; implementing and improving curriculum; cultivating relationships with community based organizations and school personnel; and building relationships with the community while exploring themes of identity, power, and community are integral to success in this role.
This position reports directly to the Director of Programs and Operations to set programmatic vision, goals, and impact objectives.
