IWS Family Health is look for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team of healthcare champions!

We’re looking for a compassionate, collaborative physician who enjoys caring for patients across generations, from children to adults.

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, manage acute and chronic conditions, deliver reproductive and family planning services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ overall health and well-being.

We’re seeking an MD or DO with a completed Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, and an active Illinois medical license. Experience in community health, reproductive healthcare, or Title X services is a plus. Spanish-language proficiency is highly desirable.

The salary range is $185,400–$247,200, depending on experience. Benefits include generous paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance options, a medical expense reimbursement plan, and a 403(b) option.
