Professional Bio
Diane helps people drive change - for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Diane partners to figure out what problems clients want to solve next, find the holes they are most interested in filling, and co-create a measurable strategy to do so. For more than two decades, Diane has focused on transforming organizations through her roles as a strategy consultant (including for IEG, Mission Measurement, and Alford Group), chief of staff, and outreach director. She is on faculty at Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy. Diane currently serves as Board Co-Chair for Chicago Women in Philanthropy among other local volunteer leadership positions. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in English and an MS in learning and organizational change, both from Northwestern University.
