Morgan Benson

Morgan Benson is Senior Director of Foundation Relations at the University of Illinois Chicago, where she leads foundation strategy in support of public health research and community impact programming, as well as campus-wide student success initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, she is focused on advancing equity-driven partnerships across the Chicago region. Morgan holds a master’s degree from DePaul University with a focus on nonprofit management and urban policy, reflecting her long-standing interest in the role of the social sector in shaping equitable, sustainable communities. She serves on the board of Chicago Women in Philanthropy and is involved in the Communications and Racial Equity & Social Justice Committees.
