Mentoring Merry-Go-Round — A CWIP Peer-to-Peer Exchange
On October 8, 2026, CWIP is flipping the script. A merry-go-round doesn't have a top or a bottom, everyone is on the same ride, moving forward together. This interactive morning program removes the hierarchy entirely, creating a continuous rotation of ideas where knowledge flows both ways. Whether you are an executive or an early-career professional, your experience has value and you still have things to learn.
The Breakdown:
- Continuous Rotation: Two rapid-fire rounds of small-group peer coaching where everyone gets a turn in the spotlight.
- Bidirectional Brainstorms: Pitch a hurdle to get immediate, diverse perspectives, then flip the script to offer your own advice to others.
- Zero Hierarchy: No assigned mentors. Everyone participates equally as both a valuable contributor and an active learner.
You will spin through fresh ideas and leave with practical strategies, actionable answers, and a tighter-knit CWIP network.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Many of our events sell out, and we want to make the spot available to someone else.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 5 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of the event.
- Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another individual at any time prior to the event. To do so, please contact us with the name and email of the new attendee.
